Snowmobiler Safety Award of the year

1. This person, both now and in the past have willingly shown his or her aggressive participation, in promotion and supporting safety of snowmobiling.
2. Has in the past and continues to contribute to the safety of snowmobiling and willingly accepts the responsibility of training other snowmobilers.
3. Has actively shared his or her Safety Knowledge unselfishly with new members and all others who share in the sport of snowmobiling.
4. Has during the past snowmobile season, performed an outstanding safety public service for the sport of snowmobiling.

Doug Forrester Memorial Groomer Award

1. This award shall be based on the period between Convention to Convention.
2. The recipient of this award shall be an individual who has willingly and tirelessly contributed to the grooming program regardless of weather conditions, time of day/or night all for the benefit of his or her follow snowmobilers.  He/she must have participated in the expansion and growth of the grooming program, and aiding the trail-grooming program.
3. This award may also be given posthumously and the recipient must be, or previously have been ,a member of CNSA.  The party nominating a posthumous recipient must provide to the awards committee, at the time of nomination, the name, address, and phone number of the appropriate representative to receive the award at the annual convention banquet.

Most Dedicated Snowmobiler

1. This person, both now and in the past, have willingly shown his or her aggressive participation, promotion and support of the sport of snowmobiling.
2. Has in the past and present; Continually contributed to the sport or snowmobiling and willingly accepts club offices and serves on committee assignments when called on by club members.
3. Has actively shared his or her knowledge unselfishly with new members and all others who share in the sport of snowmobiling.
4. Have been active for the past 10 or more years in their club, in CNSA and with Government issues.
5. The Awards committee wishes to know what goals he or she has accomplished in the past and present.

Started in 1985 Convention - Past winners are:

Floyd Hudson Award

1. This award to be given to a recipient who is recognized for his/her/their long-term commitments to the sport of snowmobiling.
2. Recipients of this ward may be an individual, a couple, a group, or Family who has demonstrated long-term services to CNSA, and our sport through club activities and/or growth of CNSA, active participation in other Snowmobile Associations which in turn has contributed to the growth of CNSA, active participation involving entities or government agencies in preserving our sport and/or aiding our sport through land use, planning or management and represents the long term commitment and ideas that the late Floyd Hudson brought to CNSA and snowmobiling.
3. The recipient to qualify must have had twenty (20) years or more involvement with snowmobiling and must have previously been, if not now, a member of CNSA.
4. The recipient if an individual, a couple or family, may be alive but the award may also be given posthumously.  The party nominating a posthumous recipient must supply the awards committee the name, address and phone number of the appropriate representative to receive the award at the convention at the time of their nomination.

Snowmobiler of the Year

1. This award shall be based on a period from Convention to Convention.
2. Active club member.
3. Promotes the sport of snowmobiling at all times (eats, sleeps and breathes our winter sport).
4. May have done some outstanding public service for anyone or anything during the past year.
5. Willingly accepts club responsibility and is active on club committees.
6. The endeavors of this person shall be related to snowmobiling and snowmobile club activity.

Started in 1984 Convention - Past winners are:

Snowmobile Dealer of the Year

1. They promote the sport of snowmobiling always.
2. The dealership owners or managers must be active in their local snowmobile club as members, and willing to accept club responsibilities, including official club office.
3. The dealer has in the past and continues to share his knowledge at the dealership or on the trail.
4. The dealership will be awarded and praised for the support it gives in the way of merchandise at local events or CNSA conventions.
5. Has during the past year performed or helped in a public service or contributed to charity.
6. A short summary of what accomplishments has been performed in the past and its present status in club participation.

Started at 1992 Convention - Past winners are:

Snowmobile Club of the Year

1. This award shall be based on a period from Convention to Convention.
2. The club aggressively had membership drives and increased the club membership.
3. The club has, during the past snowmobile season, performed  a public service or contributed to a charity, etc.
4. The club had had activities with other clubs, safety and survival training.
5. The club had good member participation at monthly club meetings.
6. The club has actively supported CNSA and increased club membership to CNSA.
